Two kinds of work
How every engagement runs
- 1
Fit call. Thirty minutes, free. If you have a site, it is looked at beforehand. If it is not a fit, you will hear that on the call.
- 2
Written scope. What is in, what is out, and how each item is accepted as done. You approve it before work starts.
- 3
A fixed figure for the agreed scope. Changes are raised, sized and agreed before they are built.
- 4
Decisions on record. The choices that are costly to reverse are written down with the reason.
- 5
Measured. A baseline before, a comparison after.
- 6
Follow-up. A check-in about a month after launch.
