Book a fit call
Web & mobile product development

Web and mobile products built to run a real operation.

Platforms where bookings, providers, customers and staff all have to work together. Scoped before a line of code is written, and built so it can be found, used and maintained.

01

Most software projects go wrong before the build starts.

The idea is clear in someone's head and vague on paper. The price is agreed before anyone knows what is being built. Features are added as they come up, the date moves, and what is delivered works in a demo but not in the day-to-day of the people who have to use it.

02

The kinds of product this is for

Operations platforms with several parties.

Operators, service providers and customers each with their own view: bookings, schedules, listings, approvals, reporting.

White-label and multi-tenant platforms.

One product serving many organisations, each with its own branding and data.

Mobile apps

for iOS and Android, with the back office that runs them.

Online stores

and the systems around them.

Multilingual products,

including Arabic with right-to-left layouts built in from the start, not added at the end.

03

Scope first, then build

  1. 1

Fit call. What you need, who will use it, what it has to connect to. If it is not a fit, you will hear that on the call.

  2. 2

Scope. A written scope: what is in, what is out, the assumptions, and how each item will be accepted as done. You approve it before work starts.

  3. 3

Design and architecture. Decisions that are costly to reverse are written down with the options and the reason.

  4. 4

Build in stages. You see working software as it progresses, not a single reveal at the end.

  5. 5

Checked against the scope. Every item is compared with the acceptance evidence agreed at the start.

  6. 6

Handover and follow-up. You receive what you need to run and extend the product, and a check-in about a month after launch.

Changes are welcome. They are raised, sized and agreed before they are built, so the price does not drift without your say.

04

Search visibility is part of the build, not an afterthought

If your product has public pages, it is built so search engines can read them: pages rendered on the server, clean addresses, structured data. Already have a product that needs replacing? See website and web application modernization.

Common questions

How much will it cost?
It depends on the scope, which is why the scope is written first. You get a fixed figure for an agreed scope, not an open-ended estimate.
How long does it take?
Set per project in the scope.
Which technologies do you use?
Chosen for the problem. Recent work has used current web frameworks with server rendering, and established content and commerce platforms where they fit.
Do you work with existing systems?
Yes. If something has to stay, it is assessed first.
Can you build in Arabic and English?
Yes. Multilingual products, including Arabic, are a regular part of the work.

Start with a conversation about what you need to run.
